STEP 1: schedule an appointment using the “Schedule now” button on this website
STEP 2: recieve a link on your device (phone, tablet or computer)
STEP 3: click on the link and get connected live to a doctor via video
At the end of your visit, the doctor will prescribe medicines to your pharmacy or advise tests such as blood work or X-rays. You will go and pick up the medicines from the pharmacy or get the testing done and the doctor will follow up and call you with the results.
If your condition is urgent or emergent, the doctor will advise you to go to an Emergency room, Urgent care or clinic

depending on your health issue
Doctor will follow up on the results of the tests as needed and discuss with you once the results are back
