Yes. All of our physicians are United States trained, Unites States based and Board certified physicians who are licensed to practice Medicine in your state. We would be violating the law if our physicians are not licensed to practice Medicine in your state.

Telemedicine is the use of technology where a physician or other health care provider can assess, talk to and diagnose as well as treat patients using audio and/or visual devices such as a smart phone, a computer, a tablet etc. You do not have to physically present with the doctor at the doctor’s office, urgent care or Emergency room to obtain Telemedicine services. You could obtain Telemedicine medical care from the comfort of your home or wherever you are as long as you have reliable access to the internet and are in a private, quiet place.

No. If you think your condition or symptoms could be from a life threatening condition or medical emergency, please do not waste valuable time trying to make an appointment with us or doing anything else. Call 911 right away so you can be transported to the nearest hospital. Symptoms such as (but not limited to) chest pain, slurred speech, severe headache, bleeding that won’t stop, shortness of breath, extreme weakness etc. could be indicative of a serious medical emergency that our doctors cannot manage using telemedicine.

We can diagnose and treat mild to moderate acute or urgent conditions such as asthma attack, rash, allergies, sprains and strains, pain not due to serious conditions, anxiety, depression, migraine, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, urinary tract infections, STD, ear infection, pneumonia and many others. Our doctors will thoroughly examine you using technology available and talk to you in detail and make every effort to treat you at home. We may have to refer you to an urgent care, a doctor’s office or emergency room if your condition or symptoms warrant.

Yes. We would love to become your primary care doctors. Most of our doctors are actually primary care doctors and well trained and experienced in treating chronic disease such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol disorders ( high cholesterol or lipids), depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia and other sleep disorders, restless leg syndrome, congestive heart failure, IBS and many others.
